Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Lateness

We do our very best to fit clients in where possible however we do have a busy diary so cannot always get our clients in at their preferred time. As such we ask our clients to be mindful of this when booking and changing appointments.


Due to the number of last minute cancellations all bookings now require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. The cost of this will be deducted from your treatment price on attendance of your appointment.

Clients who wish to change or cancel appointments are requested to provide at least 48 hours notice, if we do not receive this we will retain deposit as a cancellation fee. If this happens on more than one occasion you will need to prepay in full for any treatments.

  • We reserve the right to charge for the full price of appointments cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand.


Whilst every effort is made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than fifteen minutes late and client will incur further costs to re book .

  • We may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late for several appointments.
  • We reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to Client lateness
